Where 2 Get It Marks Tenth Anniversary with Industry Recognition and Robust Growth

Where2 Get It, provider of online business, product and mobile locator technology and services, is marking its tenth year with significant company expansion that will position the company for ongoing growth and market leadership.

ANAHEIM, Calif., July 24, 2007 – Where2GetIt, provider of online business, product and mobile locator technology and services, is marking its tenth year with significant company expansion that will position the company for ongoing growth and market leadership.

Founded in 1997, Where2GetIt is not resting on its laurels. The company continues its strategic focus on developing improved location-based search solutions for manufacturing and retail businesses in industries such as food service, sporting goods and consumer goods and electronics.

Tracking activity at client websites, Where2GetIt reported that traffic to the locator areas of client sites grew 25 percent over last year. In addition, Where2GetIt was recently awarded the 2007 Oracle Spatial Innovator Award for its technology integration achievements.

More than 550 brands that use Where2GetIt locator technology include Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Columbia Sportswear Company, Reebok, Seiko, Hoover, Electrolux, Leatherman Tools and Viewsonic.

“We’re extremely proud of the fact that very few companies make it to the 10-year anniversary mark. We’re quite fortunate that our business shows no signs of slowing. In fact, this past quarter we hit new heights in sales, traffic and personnel and officially relocated our corporate headquarters from Chicago to Anaheim,” said Manish Patel, Where2GetIt founder and CEO.

The company has increased sales, marketing and development personnel by 36 percent, and has hired Vickie McGee as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development. McGee previously served at Local.com where she was Vice President of Product Management.
