800 Interactive Voice Response

When we developed the 800 Interactive Voice Response, we borrowed a few ideas from Alexander Graham Bell. After all, the telephone provides an easy and inexpensive way for consumers to find your nearest locations. Think Alex would approve?

The 800 Locator is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Here's how it works. When your customer enters a zip code on their mobile device (after calling your 800 number), the 800 IVR shows them your nearest business location(s). This information comes from the Business Locator database, so your customer gets the same results, whether they search from your website or from their phone. Just makes sense to do it that way.

When we set up your 800 IVR, we can integrate it with your current call center, which will automate and streamline your operations. Or if you want to use a new 800 number, we can do that too.
